Agreement was to debit my account on last day of the month as I get paid on 31st of each month, instead got debited a week ealier. No money to service prior payment arrangements, debits have been returned unpaid My credit rating has been badly affected. I emailed Umar Sardien the capitec agent from stellebosch branch but no response to date. I want them to write a letter to credit buraeu accepting that they were at fault thus clearing my name copying myself and a similar letter of apology to myself.
