Good Morning
I have a personal loan with Capitec which according to the agreement signed between myself and the bank is supposed to be debited on the 15th of each month (my official pay day). However, for some strange reason, Capitec always debits my account days before my payday and this creates unsuccessful debits returned. I have laid complaints with them and no action has been taken to rectify this. Am afraid that this will have a negative impact on my credit rating/score as there is always a returned debit order from Capitec on a monthly basis. This has been going on for a good 3 - 4 months now.
