Homeloan linked but not accessable

I linked my savings account and my home loan to enable me to access my bond account to make sure my monthly rent income is paid into this account by my tenant. i activated the link twice at carnival mall to enable me to access the account on the INTERNET. still not able to access my account. PLEASE ACTIVATE THIS LINK. I'M NOT WILLING TO STAND IN THE QUE FOR ANOTHER HOUR TO TRY TO ACTIVATE IT!!!
