My first experience with Glenrand was not of the best as I did not know about them and was not prepared to subscribe to their services and having spoken to a number of people who had shown no emphathy with regard to the problem I had it just made my view of this company as the worst. But to cut the long story short, Very few people realise that any company that deals with people in order to make a profit; how important these people become to them. I work in a sales environment and value the service i offer my clients and get very upset when people in similar business trade treat their clients as though they are doing them a favour by talking to them or assisting them. Reinhardt I am forever grateful for what you have done for me and especially changing my view about you company, Great customer service and you are in the right field and would do well in coaching those around you how it should be done.
