After weeks of trying, Nedbank simply cannot give me a breakdown of hundreds of rands of service charges they have made against my account. They simply cannot understand why someone would want a breakdown of line items such as sundry, admin, etc, which do not seem to relate to specific transactions.

They are morally unwilling and intellectually incapable of helping - they just want fees and more fees and more fees. The internet banking is the worst of all the banks, as is their app. Their security features are grossly outdated. Cannot wait for Capitec to open business banking so I can move away from the oxygen and blood sucking leeches at Nedbank.
