CHARGES OUT OF NOWHERE

I have recently opened an account with FNB, actually a platinum cheque and a gold business cheque. I have used this business account for about a month now, only using it for small transactions. Trying to get a feel for the internet banking etc. So yesterday morning I open the business account transaction page and found the following charges:

#EXCESS ITEM FEE 1 ITEMS R95

#CASH DEPOSIT FEE R73.75

#SERVICE FEES R248

#MONTHLY ACCOUNT FEE R52

Coming to a total of R468.75 FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT HAS BARELY BEEN USED! HOW DO THEY EXPECT ME TO CHANGE ALL MY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS TO THEM IF THEY HIT ME WITH THESE HIDDEN COSTS!!! IF THIS ENDS UP NOT TO BE A MISTAKE I WILL CONSIDER THEM AS THE MOST CROOKED BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

AND SECONDLY A DEBIT ORDER SWITCHING THAT HAS TAKEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS< AND ITS NOT AN EXTERNAL DEBIT ORDER< IT IS A SMARTPHONE PURCHASED FROM THEM>

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH
