I moved from Nedbank to FNB about a month ago, having closed my Nedbank account accordingly - I am still getting calls from the collections department saying the cheque account is still open and that there is an amount still owing. This simply is not on - I should not have to pay in because Nedbank cannot get their admin together, the reason I moved is partly because of their bad admin and their exorbitant bank charges and this is a culmination of both.
