How else do you explain the insane banking charges, Service fees and sundry charges for an account I use once every 3 months.
September Sundry Fees of R4.00 and Sundry charges of R51.00, nothing purchased in September.
October, Still no purchases but Sundry fees, R306 on the 14th and again on the 28th another R51.00
November, R179.00
ARE YOU GUYS TOTALLY CRAZY
I DEMAND A REFUND OF ALL SUNDRY FEES, ALL BANK CHARGES AND STATEMENTS SINCE THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN OPENED SO I CAN CHECK YOU DONT TRY STEEL FROM ME AGAIN!
CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, LET YOUR MANAGERS CONTACT ME FOR THE BANK WHERE THEY CAN PAY THE MONEY INTO.
