Incorrect debits

On the 12th of september i called african bank call centre to make an arrangement for alls my accounts, on the 24th of september i called again to check if they had captured my arrangements on the system and they confirmed that they had don so. i was suprised odn the 26th when african bank debited full amounts of money from my account. i then called the call centre and spoke to Fikile Thabeng and thabox madisha who told me there is nothhing they can do and that african bank will debit again on the 27th the amount that i had arranged with them. how can they double debit my account without even letting me know. why di they let me make arrangement when they knew they were going to make their own debits. i need this to be reversed as i never madde this arrangements with anyone. please reverse this debits back into my account ASAP.
