On saturday an amount of R3070 was transferred by FNB to my credit card without any feedback or notification or arr angement
Since June I have been sending request to make arrangement for my loan & credit card as my husband had an accident & been to date unemployed since April 2013 due to an accident, he will only work January 2014 again
Only the loans department replied to my emails & an arrangement put in place
Nothing was discussed with me or even contacted emailed or sent an SMS - how can they take my salary which is purely to survive food petrol school items just basics since april has caused a huge strain financially
As a consumer I have my rights as I contacted everyone to make arrangements cancelled debit orders DSTV everything
I have been a client over 10 years with no problems prior, debits went through last night before 9 they were reversed almost R1000 in unpaid fees call centre said they cant help
I want my R3070 paid back unpaid fees reversed & debit order that was stopped before reversed R2500 then contact me for proper arrangements
