Mrs Du Plessis had R360, 33 available in her account. The day before pension was paid someone withdraw R2000.00 form her account. This amount was not available in her account, Mrs Du Plessis still had her card in her position and pin. She reported it to FNB Germiston and was informed to wait six week for an investigation. After six weeks she was informed it was her loss and responsibility. Mrs Du Plessis does not have an overdraft facility and her daily withdraw limit is R1000 only. How could a pensioner withdraw R2000 without an overdraft and the amount exceed her daily withdraw limit? Can the bank please send proof off who drew the money, where the overdraft was applied for and when Mrs Du Plessis increased the daily withdrawal limit. This would appear the elderly are being explored by and the bank.
