Appaling and disgusting service

On Friday at 23:52 R2650 was withdrawn from my account and at 12:01 R3000 was withdrawn at BP Soweto. I was fast asleep and i was sick when i got the notify me. First thing on Saturday I went to the FNB branch; i got to the branch at 9:00 and got assistance at 12:00. When I saw the consulatant he was not helpful at all. He told me that the man I stay with probably my card and made the withdrawals, it was insensitive of him because the only person I stay with is my 3 year old son. I completed the claim documents and he told me he faxed and emailed the copies however I was not given any proof, he gave the the original paperwork. On Monday 27 May 2013 I went to A branch at Protea Gardens mall and was assisted by Celiwe. She was also stunned when I explained my experience at the other branch; she was so helpfull and professional she re faxed the documents and gave me proof. I was then advised to take back the originals to Protea Glen mall as they will need them to followup on the matter. It is not my problem that FNB employs incompetant people like the consulatant who assisted me at Protea Glen Mall. He will have to come and collect the paperwork from me himself.
