I have to say Fnb (Protea Glen mall) was more of a Blacksheep in the Fnb family. I visited the branch on the 31 Aug to fetch my new card in which I was told that my switch to the bank will be effortless I needed not to pay anything as soon as I got the card I can start using it. I asked the consultant if there if thats all that it is she confidently said Yes. To my surprise the card was not activated when I wanted to withdraw cash on my Fnb card. Basically nothing was done she just gave the card never advised on process of card activation aftre 3 weeks of having card in my possesion Thanks To Zakes Motaung who was very helpfull assisted with all the question I hadon the 13 Aug . he was very helpfull to think this was all supposed to be done the same day I first went in to the branch
