Faulty ATM

I went to deposit R9900.00 yesterday morning and the machine jammed. i called the branch and was told to wait for 9am for the branch to open for them to assist me. Zweli was helping me, confirmed that they had R9900.00 extra and that it will take 24 hours to reflect in my account. At 10:20am i called him to find out what was happening as my money was still not in my acc. He apologized and promised to rectify and call me back. He did not!!! i called him again at 12pm and he promised to call and rectify it by 2pm - did he call? NO!!! i then called back at 3pm to speak to the branch manager and was told by Mpho Kgobotle that the manager was not in and she is in charge. i then explained my case all over again and she told me that somebody should have called to advise me that it takes 48 hours to sort this out??? Nonsense, i need that money sorted urgently as i'm being inconvinienced while you are sorting yourselves out and the fact that nobody is decent enough to call me??? what nonsense is that. i have creditors on y back and needing to sort this out. i need someone to call me now!!!
