I had an account that I was supposed to pay R6000 with no additional costs. I paid this account in full and even paid more. I have been liasing with Natalie and she is fully aware. She used to respond to my calls, emails and all but this is not happening anymore since I requested my change. I want my refund please and when I phone their call centre they tell me I am still owing.
I will appreciate it if this could be rectified and your ITC records be updated and most importantly refund me. The extra money belongs to me and I want it refunded.
thank you and I do not appreciate this lack of service, I feel robbed.
