Hi

I applied for a credit card on wednesday last week. A consultant called me and she said that I would need to go the the nearest branch with the necessary documents.i did that on thursday last week and was assisted by Mokete. He said that the money would be paid in by end of business day on Thursday, and that did not happen. On Friday I called on in the morning and he said they had technical issues. On friday around 3pm I called again and he said he entered my information incorrectly and he needs me to resign everything.on Monday he came where I work and i sign the documents and he said by end of business day the money would be paid in. And again that did not happen, What irritates me most is that I get no phone calls, updates or anything, mokete has never called me since everything happen. Till today I'm still waiting. The service from this company is pathetic, .I called to speak to the manager lundi or linda and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. It's people like these that don't deserve to be in customer service as they can't do their job.i called again today (Tuesday 28th) and they would just put be on hold.the service is filthy and disgusting.
