Discovery entered my banking details incorrect into their system. It was correct on my form given to them. I claimed a large amount to be paid back to me which I have paid. After two weeks nothing had been refunded as promised according to their dates on the Internet. I phoned to enquire what is happening. Tumi said the bank returned the money for the account number does not exist. She checked it and saw that they entered it incorrect. I accepted for any body can make a mistake. She promised that it would be rectified immediately and the amount would be in my account by the next day. I gave the 4 days, NOTHING. I phoned again, spoke to the manager of department. She once again promised it would be rectified and I will have my refund in 24 hours as they bank with the same bank as I do. she promised to phone me at 16H00 that afternoon to give me an update of what has been done and what is happening. Still waiting for that phone-call and needless to say NO REFUND. I am not talking about a small amount I am talking about a Large amount. I am also still waiting for my Clicks Vitality card since January as they promised so send it. Such bad service after a premium of R6000.
