I had an account with African bank which was paid in full on the 23-04-2013 it was handed over to MCS Debt who send me the paid up letter however my ITC record has not being updated still shows as if im still owing African bank this is negatively affecting my ITC score record I have addressed this with MCS Debts whos has still not resolved it. This guys are quick to blacklist and threaten legal action when owing but now that I have paid in full they dragging their feet to update my records.
