I had taken vehicle finance with absa, they repossessed my vehicle and requested that I pay the amounts owed and told me that if I make payment within a week I would get my vihicles back, I payed the amount owed wich were R26000 for a mercedes bens account number 82173507, later on that week I payed for my other vehicle which was a porsche cayenn account number 82174627 e the amount of over R55000 rands that I was owing. The bank then decided not to give me back the vehicle and told me they will refund the money I had paid (I have that in previous emails as proof) all the money I have paid after they repossessed the cars. They refunded me in full for the porsche without problems. Maybe because I had a different consultant handling the specific porsche account. When I enquired about the refund for the mercedese bens I was told that I will not get the refund on that because it is paying for my arears at the time. My question is this, why did Lee Ann alow for the other refund for one car but refuses the other when both were paid after my cars were taken. I went to an absa branch and was told that by law they are supposed to refund me what I have paid if they will not give me back cars.
