Dial Direct Insurance
They say I must pay R8500-00 for assesment fee

I am insured with Dial Direct and I was involved in an car accident on the 14th of may 2013.The insurance took my car to their storage, I did phone them on Tuesday (2013-05-28) to find about the progress, I was surprised that I must pay the assessment fee of R8500-00.I never knew that I am responsible of paying the assessment fee. Please help me
