DialDirect Very Expensive Claim Delays

My Minibus was involved in an accident on morning of the 17th December. got hit on the righter side by a truck while parked on the side of the Highway. Dial Direct decided to tow and store it at SMD in Worcester instead of PanelBeaters who were open in Cape Town. Dial Direct just told me that the bus is still locked up at SMD. No assessment has been done yet. The estimated loss is R21, 000 today as the bus has not been working. They talk to me as if it is my fault that it is stored there. I am so angry at this whole thing because the estimated loss if they fix it by end of January will be above R50, 000. this Dial Direct business insurance just money out of me and they are not helping.
