I was involved in a motor vehicle accident 11 February 2013. Everything reported and registered a claim. Dial Direct appointed Indibano Autobody for the repairs. I contacted them on three occasions to find out when the repairs will be done but except for very rude service I still have had no answer to date as it would be done. I had to cancel my April holiday due to the fact that I do not know when what will happen. I also contacted Dial Direct for support without any success. Dial Direct do not care if the work is done or if there customers are satisfied.
