I would neglect my duty by failing to report the Sterling Service that I received from Anthea Rudd at the Telesure Group. I was involved in a moter vehicle accident (not my fault) and reported the accident to my insurers Dial Direct. My claim was approved in record time and the vehicle repaired as new at Re-newit panelbeaters in Edenvale. The problem was the excess of R8500 that I had to pay. My fault as having a few cars and hardly driving them opted for a low premium with a high excess. This is where Anthea Rudd came in. She retrieved my excess in full. During the time I waited to be reimbursed she phoned me at least once a week with feedback until the money was deposited in my bank. I have been with Dial Direct for a number of years and with this type of service no other insurer will be able to entice me with cheap liptalk to change my insurance.
