No wonder Steve is banking at FNB

Dear Absa for the past year or more I have paid more than the minimum payment required!! Did I ever receive a sms or a call to thank me? NO!!! Last month I underpaid you by a mere R81.00 and I received sms's and numerous calls regarding the outstanding amount!! The time and money spent to recover the mere R81.00 shortfall which I would have paid in any case, cost Absa more than the R81.00, penny wise pound foolish no wonder your bank charges are of the highest. Please next time check if I am a regular defaulter before you ruffle my feathers! your soon to be ex client! Please note in my recent payment I added your R81.00 to ensure that you dont go bankrupt, and please take note NO I have not recieved my statement so I dont know what I owe you!!!

To add to my frustration your new internet website is! You have not even received the code then you are logged off without any warning totally disgusted with Absa at this stage!!
