PENSION PAYOUT DELAY

ACCORDING TO SANLAM A MEMBER'S PENSION IS SUPPOSED TO BE PAID OUT WITH 4 TO 6 WEEKS AT MOST BUT THAT'S NOT THE CASE WITH ME AND I'M NOT VERY IRITATED WITH THE EXCUSES THAT I KEEP GETTING. THE LATEST EXCUSE IS THAT THERE ARE AMENDMENTS BEING MADE; IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE THAT EXCUSE WAS GIVEN YET IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE ANYONE IS ACTUALLY AMENDING ANYTHING EXCEPT TO CONSTANTLY DISH OUT EXCUSES. IF YOU'RE GOING TO INCONVENIENCE YOUR MEMBERS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS BE AND EFFECIENT AND EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE SO AS TO AVOID FRUSTRATING THEM. I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF ALL THIS MEDIOCRITY; IT'S ABOUT TIME SANLAM ACT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THEY ARE OR CLOSE THEIR DOORS BECAUSE IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. HOW DOES A PERSON THAT'S RESIGNED GET AFFECTED BY STUPID "AMENDMENTS" THAT DON'T SEE TO EVEN HAVE A TIMELINE OF WHEN IT'LL END AND WE GET WHAT'S DUE TO US AS MEMBERS.
