NOT AGAIN!! MADE HUUUGEEE PAYMENT, STILL SAYS DUE!

This isn't on!!
Last time I had this issue as well!!
Previously I made 3 months payments in advance, and online showed I will need to make a payment in 5 days from there again! Phoned and I was promised It will be rectified and my next payment will only be the month after that one. However, I received a call 2 days from there, asking when i'll be making a payment!!

NOW, the horrible money hungry side..
I only have a total of 18500 credit wise on my Absa (even though I have requested an increase before, and receive offers from other banks monthly!)and every month I pay over more than the minimum.
This month, as I always do after a hectic year, I basically cleared it with only little over R400 TOTAL outstanding on the card. Payment was made Tuesday (26th) OVER R17000, 00 paid over to ABSA when only R551 was due!

Online banking now says my next payment is due in 4days!!! Sorry to burst your bubble, but I made 34 X the minimum payment already for the month! AND I only owe just over R400, not R551!!

When the customer requests leeway or increase in limits its ridiculous & risky, but when you pay over a big amount, you say MORE MORE MORE..Always get horrible calls from ABSA&their sales people too!!
