On the morning of the 29th December 2012 I received an sms that all my monies were withdrawn from my account in Pretoria. I was in the middle of the ocean at the time of this withdrawel. I called the department and cancelled my card immediately. When I got back to Pretoria on the 31st December I immediately reported it to my bank and handed them my card. These monies still have not been paid out to me. I contacted ABSA bank today to find out where this money was withdrawn and they confirmed in Jorrison Street Sunnyside. ABSA could not believe that I was still waiting as it takes them only 10 days for refund. I am FURIOUS!!!
