On 31/10/2012 I had monies withdrawn from my account ussing my debit card...
i had a cheque and debit card now these cards are usually with me all the time, on the day my monies were withdrawn i noticed that my card was missing, the debit card... i delayed calling you people hoping i'll call when im at work... That day i purchesed food at some restaurant in fairlands... and as I was walking sms notification kept buzzing... when i was not on the road and at work i checked my smses only to learn the my money was drown out at 14:16. 14:17. 14:19. 14:20 in Yoeville JHB Absa ATM (as per your centre agent)
i called your bank to block my card. days later i got a call informing me that i cannot be refunded because an original pin was used. How they got hold of my pin I have no idea. The reason im attending to this again is because i watched a show that said my a banks ombudsman can help with the refunding...
or do i lose out like that?
