DONT JOIN ABSA IDIRECT INSURANCE

GOT NO SATISFACTION FROM A CLAIM. THEIR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NO-ONE LETS YOU KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHEN YOU PHONE THEM REPEATEDLY THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL PHONE YOU BACK. THEY JUST DONT BOTHER. EVEN AFTER CONTACTING A MANAGER HE DIDNT RESPOND UNTIL I PHONED HIM. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 29TH OCTOBER AND 6 WEEKS LATER I ASKED FOR A RESPONSE IN WRITING REGARDING MY CLAIM. STILL WAITING FOR THAT. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I GOT AND DEFINATELY WONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
