My grandmother has policy with Assupol Life, and since she's old and unable to maintain her papers, I have been trying to contact thier call centre and find out the state of my grandmothers policy. I've had 3 attempts with thier call centre holding over an hour hoping they will answer my calls but nothing, send an e-mail where they were suppose to call me back but nothing.instead i get thier mails advertising thier product. My grandmother is old and cant recall what product she has with them, should anything happen to her as she's not well, we wouldnt know where and what to claim for, even though the premiums go off her account every month with thier flautating interest.
