On the 25 May Africa bank deducted my money and deducted again on 27 so that means they deducted twice.i went at Capitec Bank asking them to reverse the money as i have a proof that am under admin and it states on the magistrate letter that african bank must not deduct on my account the cashier refused telling me to contact african bank i did call them serveral time and the keep on saying they will reverse and never did. i went back at capitec asking to open a new account and i had to seat on a chair the whole hour the consultant camera was not working and he was busy on a phone.i went there for 2 days and didnt get help. why can't you help your clients even when they show you a letter from magistrates that states the creditor must not deduct? i think i had a right to get that reversal because i had a proof on my hand.i am very much disappionted on you
