Complaint about deductions made

I took a loan from fnb and i stop working due to termanation of contract so they transfered my account to barrets and association.i have been paying for the past 12 months so they called offering me a loan settlement they sent me the amount that they were offering me which was 5943.46.They talled me that they have settled the amount that i was i owing to FNB but FNB still deducted an amount of 3000 from my account and they are refusing to pay me back because i talled them to reverse it till today they haven't payed me. I regret the day i made a loan with FNB
