Failure to increase life cover on request

Hello Peter
I requested Hollard to increase my life cover, that i have for my bond. I have applied for a further bond which required me to increase the life cover which i have currently. Since today i haven't had the life cover increased i have submitted all the documents which they requested. I'm inconvenienced by Hollard in a way that the bank has declined my application due to failure of submitting the proof of newley increase amount.
