Ordered an ipad mini no response

Ordered an ipad mini on the 4th march 2013 I have still not received my till this present day 18th march 2013 it has been two weeks still no response of delivery. I have made 4 attempts to call the sales team had said they have escalated to their supervisor. At these stages I with like to cancel my ipad deal I expected more from fnb being a huge organisation.
