I had a car accident on the 10th of dec 2013 my car was towed, the next day I was given a courtesy car
a couple of days later I was called and told that my car will be going to Panel beaters for repairs
Today I called my insurance to find out how far the car is in terms of repairs, it's been 27 days since my accident.
As per t&cs I will have to return the courtesy car after 30 days, I was told my claims negotiator has gone on maternity leave and was then transferred to the repairs department
I spoke to Peter who told me to hang up and he'll call me back and he did.
He then placed me on hold as he was calling the panel beaters, when he was about to give me feedback the call got cut off
I waited for a call back from Peter but nothing.
I decided to call the Panel beaters myself as I didn't want to call the insurance again and explain myself to different people.
The panel beaters told me they just opened today and because my car was given to them 1 day before they closed for Christmas
they'll only be starting with the repairs today. When I asked for time frame I was given the run around
I just want to know if my car will be fix before I take back courtesy car on Friday
