Abuse of policy, disregard and poor service

I made an arrangement with Lebogang Rapesiwa to update my arrearst. Later, he called me, I could not pick up his phone as I was sitting in a meeting. I tried to return his call several times and also sent emails but he did not respond. He decided to refer my account to Collections (Collen Morake). He contacted me and told me that I need to make arrangement on my account. We agreed that I will pay R500 which i did, then another one on the 24/05/2013. I could not pay on the day due to work commitments but paid on the 25/05/2013 which was on a Saturday. On the following Monday 27/05/2013, Collen appointed a tracer Nungu Trading claiming that he could get hold of me. This was baffling because we talked in the week preceding the 24/05/2013. He refused to tell me the amount of tracer charges. Recently R399 was debited for that even though my complaint was not resolved. My account was unnecessarily referred to the external tracers. My request for the issue to be escalated was ignored as per emails in my possession. My complaint was dismissed by M Vanker who took the decision without contacting me for my side of the story. She did not respond to two emails i sent to her. I am disgruntled.
