Suppliers work not up to standard

Good day,
End of September I had a car accident. Hollard processed the claim quickly and advised me to take it into Auto Magic Panel beaters. the Car went on the 08.10.2013 and in spite of constant contact with the panel beaters when i went to pick up my car yesterday (23.10.2013) i saw the following not done yet:
* left front tire & rim still not fixed,
*left front mirror still not fixed
* left front spotlight not fixed
* front bumper left with dents and scratches
* suspension not checked on the car yet

Insurance refuses to extend my car hire, now I am forced to drive around with a damaged car., I don't have any other transport but need to run the risk of safety on my life and all who drive with me. I also don't know if the car engine ext was inspected so don't know if me driving the car is going to cause additional damage.
Panel beaters accuses the insurance, however they never submitted any additionals to the insurance.
This is for the insurance to sort out as I pay them every month without fail.
I also expect them to cover me in times of need as that is the reason I have them.
I am highly upset about this. Even though they are friendly, it doesn't help solve the problem
