Unacceptable service

Alexander Forbes advised me that they cannot extend my period for the courtesy car as I opted for the 30 days period instead of the 60 days period. the best they can offer is an extension of 7 days. my car was collected from my fathers house on 4 December 2013. Now the panel beaters are closed for the festive season and i need to return my courtesy car on 2 January 2014 and by that time i wont have my car back. yesterday i received a call from my insurance company advising me that the accessor would like to assess the damages on my car, i explained to the consultant that my car was collected on 4 December 2013 and the panel beaters are closed for the festive season. It makes me wonder now when i will get my car back seeing that when the panel beaters only open next year sometime, the assessor will probably want to assess my car 2 weeks after the panel beaters have opened for the new year and i will have to be stranded without a car until my car is ready because my insurance company cannot assist me. i understand my contract but my insurance need to understand that its beyond my control that the panel beaters closed for the festive season. not happy with this service & the delay
