I find it unacceptible that Wesbank would just without me knowing or ever have recieved a single phone call from them take my premium for my car financed with them double. When I tried phoning them with my problem they kept saying its not their department and kept on tranferring my call around to other people. Eventually they told me that they have on file that I said they can take double payment and that it was arranged with a Rebecca Kleinhans and that they would not reverse my money. I then went on to phone her and began to explain when she interrupted me rudely and said she does not handle this and tranferred me to the legal department and have been on hold for the last 40 minutes. I have work to do and other stuff to pay with the money that Wesbank just took without me having any knowledge therof. I want my R2319 back in my account or I will take legal action!
