I claimed for accident I had in my vehicle through auto and general and was told that TC Panel beaters would repair my vehicle. The repair was fairly simple and straight forward the front left bumper had been damaged and the beading along the wheel arch and the inside arch protectors needed replacing. It took about a month for TC Panel beaters to get the parts to fix the car. Then a further 15 Days to do the repairs due to the wrong parts being ordered.
I collected the vehicle after the 15 days and discovered large dents on the roof. The beading along the wheel arch promptly peeled off and some of the parts for the wheel arch were missing.
1 month later I finally managed to get the car back to them to fix the beading and the dents on the roof that were not there before. Then on Monday the 2 December 2013 I went to collect the car only to discover the beading was peeling of again. Wax all over the upholstery a flat car battery the parts for the wheel arch still missing and new chips on the paint work. The drivers front seat has also been torn as if someone was standing on the seat to fix the roof. The windscreen visor clip now also falls off at random as it is broken.
