FNB- HOW CAN YOU HELP YOURSELF!!!

Ive had an FNB account since 2008, started off with a savings account. Over the years i had my account upgraded from savings so cheque silver to Gold to now Platinum. I had a credit card MANY years ago, 2007/2008 this was paid up. Friday 24/05/2013, 6 years later FNB LEGAL decides to debit my cheque account with R290.00, what for? I called your legal team i held on for 20 mins just to be told to go to the branch, which i did, Melville branch service was NOT good at all. I said there for an hour. had to hold for the legal team again for 30 mins and still NO feedback. No answers. NOTHING... Your slogan reads, FNB, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? But you are not helping me. I want my money refunded, If you feel i owe you, please summons me in order for me to defend myself but do not take money from my account after 6 years. I want my money refunded.my wife was going to join FNB in order for us both to bank with you as we want to apply for a home loan next year but this entire mess has left a BAD taste. Just refund my money then summons me if you feel i owe.
