Burst Tyre No help from the insure

I was coming from Folweni when i hit a pothole full of water, i drove for about 1, 5 km and then called the insurance which in this case is Virgin Insurance, I asked for Roadside Assistance and told them what had happened,

I had 4 people in the car and i was advised that Mbambo Towing will come tow the car to the nearest place of safety but cant i go back to the friend and sleep over thats what the person i spoke to told me, As a result i slept on the side of the the road in Mkhazini Road in Folweni, I could have been Hijacked or killed

I read the Road Side Assitance brochure and the people who attended to my call only offered to tow the car and that i must go to a b and b and sleep there out of my own pocket, its eleven oclock at night,
Its the second time i ve paid out of my own pocket to get my car sorted and Virgin has failed me
