My monthly premium was deducted and has gone up by R80 without notification... if they record their calls (and we know they do) they will hear that the consultant assured me that premiums do not increase with virgin, instead it decreases. Nice one VIRGIN for taking without notifying your customers.
I'm STILL waiting on a tow truck/road side assistance to help me with my puncture... it's been months now!!! I complained on hello peter, was told "someone will contact your to resolve this asap" and what do you know... no call.
virgin has lost my confidence with regards to fulfilling their promises and I think i'll give some other insurance co. a call... and all the referrals i've been giving, i'll publicly mention on social media how all of this went down.
