I was left with a flat tyre on Tuesday 20 August 2013 and waited for almost an hour for Road side assistance.
The guy who i spoke to at 11:25 assured me that it will take about 16mins for someone to come out to where I was, I will receive an sms with referrence number in order to identify the person who will be assisting.
By 11:45 no one was there as yet, and i had to resort to calling my Partner to leave his meeting and drive all the way from Pinelands to Athlone where i was (TOTALLY Unacceptable)
by 12:00 the guy from 911 was still not there and at 12:08 someone calls me to ask the exact location where i was!! SERIOUSLY???
By then my tyre was changed and i was on my way
I am really disappointed in the manner in which this was addressed, as i am a female driving alone MOST OF THE TIME IS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! what if I was hijacked in the time I was stranded on the side of the road alone?
I've been with your company for two years and have never claimed, never missed a premium and have my home insured with you as well. I have now decided to take my business elsewhere.
