Incompetence and system excusesa habit for FNB

I Tried to make payment on the pay and clear option that I am charged a high amount for every month, only to find that its not working payments does not go through and no one at FNB can account for this, this is not the fist time, the same thing happened April the 25Th when I wanted to make payment, they either make as if you cant operate their website or its your problem, they even deny having a problem with their systems, I am closing all my accounts FNB I never want to hear from that bank ever again
