No road side assist for COMPREHENSIVE COVER

I called the insurance on Friday 18 Oct 2013 @ around 20h00 & reported that my car broke down. The consultant (Busisiwe) asked where I was and promised to dispatch a towing SP but since it was during the night, the SP will take the vehicle to his yard and take it to the dealer the next morning. I was at the time of the break down visiting relatives and driving back to my home (PLK). I was then phoned by the team leader who told me that my COMPREHENSIVE COVER only covers me for a road side assist to the nearest dealer provided it is within 40 km radius & that in this case I will have to pay part of the towing fees. this was a shock because just last month I had a breakdown at the same spot and my car was towed to the nearest dealer which was 65 km away and I had not paid anything and this time was a different case. When I questioned this logic, the team leader told me to wait until morning and they will get authorisation to have it towed beyond 40 km without me paying anything. She even suggested that I get anyone locally who can fix my car so that there is no towing involved or else they will tow the car @ 7 the next morning upon authorisation. Until now, no show from DI DIRECT.
