Virgin money insurance is completely useless!!!

I have been stranded on the streets of Johannesburg twice because my useless insurance company, Virgin Mobile were nowhere to be found!!! I called their number 0860 212 180 a million times, scared as stranded in the middle of the night and each time option 3, which is the option that they give you for emergency medical, towing or roadside assiStance just automatically disconnects. I ended up having to call a towing company and pay them R850.00. money I make sure I wont need to come up with just out of the blue by paying my monthly premiums!!! I actually tried calling it again just before I decided to type this complaint, just to see what would happen, and lo and behold IT DISCONNECTED YET AGAIN!!!

I called the centre yesterday and spoke to a Nombuso who said Ishould send them the receipt of the money I had to spend on towing. I then called just to make sure she received my e-mail... just to be told that no one knows who she is. How inefficient can you get???!!! anyway I spoke to Ashwin Erasmus and he promised to get back to me by the end of business today. Just so you know, I WILL BE WRITING A COMPLAINT ABT VIRGIN MOBILE EVERYDAY UNTIL THIS ISSUE GETS RESOLVED! (Supplier name changed from Virgin Money South Africa to Virgin Insurance by Hellopeter.com)
