I had a flat tyre at zambezi (near montana), it was around 08h00 in the morning, i drove my car to the nearest garage (ZENEX garage), the told me my tyre is ruined and i need to replace it because its a run flat tyre they cannot pump it and it was severly damaged, i called santam call centre then they transfered me to the road side assistance where a lady (i think ntombi) told me she will get me a tow truck to come and tow my car to the nearest fitment centre and it normally takes them 45min to come, that was around 09h00, i waited for over an hour until i called the complains section and spoke to fatima who promised me that the towing people will call me shortly, i had to wait for another hour or so until i decided to call again, at exactly 11h15 the tow truck guy finally calls and tells me it will take him another 45 min, at this point i'm hungry, tired and run out of airtime, i decide to wait, the tow guy comes at exactly 12h05 and tell me he only got the call around 11h00, they tow my car to Montana tyger wheel and tire to get fixed, i called the santam office on monday to complain, they told me they will investigate and get back to me, i'm still waiting
