I lodged a complaint with Discovery re HealthyFood cash back that had not been paid for the month of March which should have been paid in mid-April - now a month overdue.
Complaint was lodged on the 14th of May - I spoke to Linda.
They responded within their 72 hour quoted time (just) on the 17th of May and indicated that:
- there was some processing error;
- they would repay the amount the following month (June).
When I indicated to Linda that that was not acceptable - the 2 month delay - he indicated that he would talk to the relevant people and get back to me. We agreed a response by 16h00 that day.
It is now nearly a week later and absolutely no response from Discovery at all!
Once again, Discovery showing its true colours.
Don't believe the hype and marketing smokescreen - They have demonstrated that they can be as bad as any other Finance house in SA!
