Discovery Card
No Cash Back From Discovery

I've emailed Discovery Credit Card with regards to cash back from ToysRUs and @Home and Builders Warehouse.
I've received an email from Senisha Naidoo saying that the relevant department have confirmed that my cash back will be paid into my account within 7 days. After about 10 days I've emailed Discovery Card again, with no feedback.

It has now almost been 2 weeks and they still haven't' given me my cash back!
